Hello, I am Tetyana Onyshchuk, a psychologist and life coach.
I work with adults who are tired of internal chaos, anxiety and doubts, and want to finally understand themselves, put their thoughts in order and start acting confidently. My goal is to help a person reduce their anxiety level to a natural minimum, return clarity to decisions and inner peace, without which it is impossible to live, not survive.

I have two higher educations:
• Document science and information systems;
• Master of Psychology (Interregional Academy of Personnel Management).
I have been working as a practical psychologist for over 5 years, regularly undergo supervision and personal therapy.
In my work, I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy, the Gestalt approach and other modern effective methods.


For 5 years I worked in management — organizing the work of teams and managing personnel.
My 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship have taught me clarity, systematicity and achieving results without chaos.
I know how to break down even the most complex situation into simple, understandable steps — and this is what I teach my clients.
I also act as a speaker at psychological festivals and lead group meetings for women, where I help restore confidence, energy and inner balance. My working style is structural, honest, deep.
I immediately work with the root of the problem, do not delay the process and do not create dependence on therapy.

The goal is that after the first sessions a person will feel a change in their behavior, thinking and state.

My core values ​​are honesty, integrity, and results.
